  I installed woo commerce and my theme went away. My content is still there but the photos and colors are gone.

  Since your site is a self-hosted site (running the WordPress software on another web hosting), and if you have a paid WooCommerce extension, you can open a ticket here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/.
