  We would like to know why woo commerce is not allowed to install in our portal.

  Hi there – could you pass us the URL of the site you wish to install WooCommerce on?

  If your site is hosted here at WordPress.com, you only need the Business plan to enable the ability to install plugins: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Once on the Business plan you can then install the free WooCommerce plugin from here: https://wordpress.com/plugins/woocommerce/
