  I followed the directions in woo commerce for free shipping after $75 minimum purchase but it’s not working.

  If you have a WordPress.com Business Plan or self-hosted site (running the WordPress software on your own web hosting) with a paid extension, you can open a ticket while logged into their account:
  https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

  If you have a self-hosted site but don’t have a paid WooCommerce extension, you can post in the WordPress.org WooCommerce forum:
  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
