  Hi there,

  We do not offer that option on our free sites, so you will first need to upgrade to our WordPress.com Pro Plan, which will allow you to upload any plugin or theme “designed for WordPress”

  Once you have upgraded you can install the WooCommerce plugin (there is no additional charge for this) by visiting this link: https://wordpress.com/plugins/woocommerce
