Did you refer to plantrooters.com as the website where you’re experiencing the issue? If so, it looks like you’re using self-hosted WordPress, not WordPress.com.

FYI: WordPress/WooCommerce does not process payments from your customers. Instead, Stripe, PayPal, or another third-party payment gateway handles the payment. Contact your payment gateway’s support to resolve the issue.
