Woo Commerce isn't working

    Hi – I have two sites using woo commerce; the one above and rainmakerretreats.com that aren’t working properly.

    We also have old credit card information on file for those accounts associated with Kelly Woodward ([1:14 PM] Jackie Davis
    it’s actually going to charge at the end of July and looks like we need to update the card on file because last year it was Kelly’s [redacted by staff]) – who is no longer with our company. It would have been associated with [redacted by staff] and I need to get access to woo commerce, fix it and update billing information.

    You will need to update that information directly from your WooCommerce’s account. Just make sure you log in to the account that owns the upgrades.
