woo commerce purchase issue

    I set up woo commerce and tried to my product to ensure it works before I broadcast that it’s for sale. The test mode worked but now it’s showing an error for the live sale mode and I have no idea how to fix it. I’ve looked at online forums attempting to answer this question and it seems many troubleshooting attempts don’t fix the problem. Can you please advice on how to fix this error code?

    Error: No such customer: ‘cus_NudquqPK11H7mP’; a similar object exists in test mode, but a live mode key was used to make this request.

    Hi there. I have checked, and I see that the vanguardess.com` site is not launched, which means that the payment gateways and WooCommerce cannot talk to each other (although they can in test mode). If you go to Settings > General and scroll down, you can launch the site and then test again.

    Once you have tested, if you need to, on that same page, the launch section will have changed to Privacy settings. You can set the site to Coming soon mode if you still need to work on the site before you make it public.
