Woo Commerce to Facebook

  Hi, I am having an issue with the woocomerce to Facebook Plugin. I have tried to ask FB for help but it was not very helpful to me so I thought I would try here. I’m not sure if it is the appropriate place to ask for this kind of help but I am so frustrated I really don’t know who else to ask.

  They say the plugin will add product variations and therefore each product should load on facebook with a drop down option, however instead the plugin creates a separate product for each variation.

  The other thing is when you click on the product button, ‘checkout on website’ it takes you to the shopping cart. I would rather it take me to the product page instead.

  There is also another glitch and that it loads all the back end script of the product in the description which appears as a bunch of jargon to the user.

  If anyone can please help enlighten me with this plugin or perhaps suggest another woocomerce to facebook plugin that will perform better, I would be really grateful,

  Hi there,

  You have posted in the support forums for free sites hosted on WordPress.com. We cannot help here with sites running the open source WordPress software, nor with specific plugins for that software. For help with a specific plugin the best place to get help is directly from the plugin authors, and in the case of the WooCommerce Facebook plugin, that is Facebook themselves. We cannot help with this and neither can WooCommerce support.

  For plugin recommendations the best place to ask is the self-hosted WordPress forums – users here in the WordPress.com forums cannot use plugins, so we aren’t able to advise you here.

  The plugin you’re already using is the only Facebook integration for WooCommerce that I know of.
