Woo Notice Wrapper – Stretch to full width of current screen

    Hello,

My shop page back-end is using WooCommerce + elementor.

The cart page is boxed to avoid a messy layout look on larger screens:

The top section is stretched to full width:

    Issue:

The woo notice that appears when you update your cart quantity or remove an item from the cart appears as a boxed view (as it coincides with the width of the “cart” section – which is set to boxed- 1200px)

How can I have “just” the woo notice set to full width (no matter the screen size) without needing to make my whole shop page full width?

*I tried to set the wrapper to (width: 100vw), but no luck..

    Thank you for your help.

  • Hey there, these forums are actually for the free sites hosted here at WordPress.com; the one you listed uses the WooCommerce software, so you might have meant to post here:
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

I saw the “notices” wrapper fits within the “page-content” wrapper, so it’s going to be that width at max unless something overrides that. Looks like you’ve got Elementor’s “stretched” feature on some parts of the site, so I’d recommend experimenting with that or contacting their support.

Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself:

You’ll want to create an account at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, you’d be welcome to host here; your plan would get direct support.

    I hope this helps!
