Woo Payments & Jetpack

We have Woo Payments and the Jetpack plugins. When attempting to connect the store, we receive the error msg: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://jonestolliverllc.com [HTTP 403]. We’ve attempted to complete setting up Jetpack and connect the store, but we still receive an error msg: cannot connect user account. We’ve already purchased a WordPress domain powered by GoDaddy, we’re being asked to purchase domain or transfer an existing domain, why? Also, after changing the email address there was a msg advising to contact support to sync the site.

jonestolliverllc.com is a self-hosted site and is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we won’t be able to investigate the issue here.
