WooBeWoo filter showing product attributes that are out of stock, how to hide

Hello,
We are using the Woo Product Filter plugin by WooBeWoo to filter our products. One of these filters is based on the product attributes and hence variations. However there are certain variations of the product that have sold out or we aren’t selling but they still show up when someone clicks on the filter and variation. Any advice on what to do?
