I currently use the free WordPress platform for my website. I have an Ecwid store front on my website but its not fully integrated into the wordpress platform . I tried to do so but it wouldn’t allow me to, so I set up the wordpress site so that when you click on the store section. It goes directly to the Ecwid store front. Do I need to upgrade my wordpress before I can fully ingegrate the Ecwid Store Front? Also, I would like to use the Printful Drop Shipping service for T shirts. Ecwid set up doesn’t allow for integration with Drop shippers. Woocommerce would allow me to use Printful. How do I integrate Woocommerce into my Store Front. Do I need to upgrade my wordpress platform as well?

You need to have a wordpress.ORG site on paid hosting https://wordpress.ORG/hosting to run woocommerce. You cannot run it on a wordpress.COM hosted blog.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
