  cant find woocomerce on the site and cant add plugin

  Hi there, the ability to upload plugins is available on standalone WP (org) sites. We have a number of plugins built into the WordPressdotcom platform, but cannot upload any other plugins.

  There currently is no ecommerce solution available on WordPressdotcom sites. Staff have advised that they are working on that, but there is no timeline mentioned. You can however add PayPal buttons https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/view-all/ or link to an existing ecommerce site elsewhere.
