[Woocomerce] Orders stuck on 'Processing' status

We have a client who is having an issue with their order. Apparently, three of their orders are stuck in the ‘processing’ status. I asked if they are still receiving the payments, she stated that it is to her knowledge that they have not received any payments despite there being a purchase. This isn’t a newly built site and has not encountered an issue like this until recently (04/22/18). I checked the details of the orders and strangely enough, it is saying that the ‘IPN Payment’ has been completed. So I dont think it’s anything wrong on paypal’s end.
Is there anything we can do to solve this? Will provide credentials if necessary.
