Woocomerce rewrites permalinks – adds ?v=9…

    Hi,

    I am struggling with permalinks. Every URL at my page has ?v=9… at the end. I setted up pretty permalinks for post name in settings and everything works perfectly until Woocomerce activation. After the problem appears.

    I tried bunch of plugins for permalinks, different settings and nothing changed.

    When Woocomerce is activated, changing settings in WP settings for pretty permalinks doesnt work. I can change categories, products etc. But I cant change URL for year, number, post name etc.

    What am I missing?

    Hi,

    thank you for your reply. Honestly I was bit lost where to look for help and where to post.

    However I found an answer there, so maybe it will help to someone in the future:

    The ?v=5… is added by the geolocation service included in WooCommerce.

    If you do not want it to be in your URLs you will need to disable Geolocation with cache from WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > General > General options > Default customer location > Geolocate.

    You can select the third option which does not use the cache.
