WooComerce update

I am working on the site for Beure37 and it was passed on to me by another designer. In the plugins, I am getting a woocommerce upgrade notice but am unfamiliar with woocommerce. It says its is a major upgrade. it specifically says: 2.6 is a major update. It is important that you make backups and ensure themes and extensions are 2.6 compatible before upgrading, in particular shipping method extensions. I am uncomfortable doing this without help. Can you give me some support on doing this upgrade and help to ensure that I don’t lose anything?

It sounds like you need WooCommerce support. This is the support forum for WordPress.com users. Plugins cannot be used on WordPress.com at all, including WooCommerce.
For help with WooCommerce the best option is to contact them directly. You can reach Woo support here:
