I just purchased my domain name with wordpress.com so that I could start my shop using woocommerce; but I’ve just discovered that I can not access this plugin as; I am, ‘.com’ rather than, ‘WordPress.org’.
I’m now at a loss for what to do as I have already purchased the domain through WordPress but it is completely pointless if I can not set up my shop through it.
Is there a solution to my problem, I’m not exactly tech savvy when it comes to website building, so simplistic terms would be greatly appreciated.

You can hire a web host http://wordprresss.org/hosting and set up a WordPress install. Then you can redirect your nameservers to a WordPress.COM site.

This all seems very complex to me; hopefully I can work it all out but Thank you for taking the time to help.

Then you can redirect your nameservers from your WordPress.COM site to your WordPress.ORG install.
