  Can you clarify where you’re being asked for an email? If it’s to set up WooCommerce, please contact WooCommerce Support about this via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ if you have any paid WooCommerce products, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not and they can better advise what you should enter.
