Woocommerce

    I have set up a woocommerce to allow customers to checkout. The customer money has been taken out from their account and i can see the order in my system and it says they have paid by the woocommerce payment service however the money I cant see it appear up in my dashboard and i have been waiting 12 hours. However the customers who placed an order they payment i can see it on my dashboard payment section. I am unsure where her money has gone.
