    The WooCommerce plugin is free of cost. You can install it on your self-hosted WordPress.org site to try it for free. If you want to use WooCommerce on a WordPress.com site, though, you’ll need to upgrade to the WordPress.com Business or eCommerce plan, as plugins are not allowed on lower plans.

    You can upgrade to the Business plan and install WooCommerce to start building your online store. If you pay yearly, we have a 14-day refund period (Domain registrations have a 96-hour refund period, so I’d suggest not registering a domain while you’re exploring).
