    Hi,
    I have subscribed to a woocommerce year service but I cannot unsubscribe. I can’t see the options on my dashboard. Could you help me unsubscribe, please? I already have a WordPress site since years ago & im not interested in this last subscription.

    Hi there,

    I do not see any subscriptions under the account you are contacting us from. Do you have another WordPress.com account that may be connected to your WooCommerce account?

    The easiest way to manage your subscription is through your WooCommerce dashboard. Are you able to log into your dashboard from here?: https://woocommerce.com/my-dashboard/

    If you are, you should be able to go to the My Subscriptions tab to manage your subscriptions:
