I made a wordpress account just to use woocommerce to set up my store. Why when I search in the plug ins it does not come up in the results. Is there some thing I’m doing wrong. I spent a hour researching this. SO complicated. Never wanted to use wordpress because of this. now I’m starting to remember why I stayed away from wordpress. Woo commerce is free. Word press is not. SO why can I Link a ecommerce site to my wordpress site ?

As of now, you can’t use WooCommerce on a site hosted at wordpress.com.
Automattic (WordPress parent company) owns WooCommerce, so I’m sure they’re planning to work that into wordpress.com soon as they can…but not yet.
Meanwhile, If you want to run a WordPress site with WooCommerce, you’ll have to use the self-hosted version of WordPress…see WordPress.org for more information.

Let me ask you this. I use bigcartel for my clothing.m brand very easy to use. Connects to stripe for payment. I wanted to use WordPress since I’m learning HTML/CSS. There is a store section on WordPress press sends me to another site that has woocommerce on it. That’s why I tried to use woo commerce.
Is there any way I can make a store with word press with product image description and shopping cart ? I want to customize my store better

WordPress.com does not allow the use of any kind of “shopping cart” software.
You should look into setting up a self-hosted WordPress site, and then you can do anything you want.
