  I can’t get logged into our woocommerce account. (email visible only to moderators and staff) I ask it to reset the password but it doesn’t send me an email. Please help. thanks

  It would be helpful If you could share your website URL with us. And please check whether your website is hosted on wordpress.com.

  http://tubularheadwear.com is the website but it’s not hosted on WP nor is that what I’m trying to get logged into.

  I’m trying to get logged into woocommerce.com website… it says I already have an account but when I click on reset password I never get an email. My email is a gmail account.

  There isn’t a phone number to call woocommerce so not sure how to get this taken care of. I’ve checked All Mail and my Junk Mail folder.

  I finally got woocommerce to reset the password but it won’t let me link the wordpress login with my woocommerce login… please help. Seems like something is messed up with woocommerce.

  Hi @alex00f0c22198d, sorry you’ve had trouble with this. I’m reaching out to the WooCommerce team here. Can you also try contacting through the sales form? That one will not require a login.

  Can you please confirm that you want your WooCommerce.com account linked to the WordPress.com account you are commenting with here?

  I can link them on our end, so that the next time you log into your WordPress.com account, you are logged into the correct WooCommerce.com account.
