I’m trying to get Woocommerce support and it is NOT possible. SO FRUSTRATING.
I cannot add ‘USPS’ as a shipping method. I added Jetpack, and Woocommerce services, and they are both WORKING FINE.
But only shipping methods available are ‘flat, free, and local’ !!
I need USPS and UPS, etc!!!I download the right plugins: Elex, easy post, and it’s not working!
Why won’t WooCommerce enable these shipping methods?!

I have the same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled jetpack and woocommerce several times.
I do have ups just not usps.

I have installed WooCommerce into our website (mallbrazil.com), but this plugin can’t work normally now.
I need to explain the cause for system error.
We have changed the format of Wocommerce billing address, now the system can’t identify and save the address info inputted by the customer.
Our sales manager in Brazil have tried to input the customer info, and entered into the credit card payment interface, but the system hinted that she need to input the billing address again after she filled in the details of credit card.
We don’t know why it happened. Please help us and solve it as soon as possible.Best Regards

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
