    I purchased Woocommerce and installed it in my WordPress site but am getting an error in test mode when I try to check out. When I try to get support on the WooCommerce site, it tells me to confirm my email. The only email confirmation I’ve received is from WordPress.com. I have confirmed it, but get caught in an endless loop of being asked to confirm it when trying to get Woocommerce support. Anyone know what I need to do?

    After you have confirmed your email address, please log out and log in again to your account. This should help.

    Please note that the support for free WooCommerce software is done on the forums: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    You’ll be able to access email/chat support if you have a paid subscription.
