Woocommerce access error

  Hello,

  I’m trying to buy an extension for my woocommerce site but I’m unable to log into my WordPress.com account. Whenever I add my user and password, I get the following error: Account found – there is already an account with this email address. Please enter email address and password. From here, it’s not able to validate my credentials.

  Can anyone please help me? It’s rather urgent. Thanks.
