Woocommerce account access – can’t access it or any of my plugins etc

I have had a woocommerce account for years and am a paying customer and have many plugins. Now when I log in I get sent to my wordpress.com account and there’s no way I can access woocommerce and subscriptions. I even get sent here for support – I can’t even access woocommerce support even though I am a paying customer.
The email address for my woo account and the wordpress acount is the same. Can support please contact me to sort this out?
There is literally no other way to contact for me apart from this forum. Words fail me.

Oh, that’s odd! It seems like your WooCommerce account is active, so you should be able to access it using your WordPress.com account.

You should either be prompted to log in using your WordPress.com account or be taken directly to your account dashboard.
