Woocommerce add to cart endless spinning wheel

    I have recently set up my woocommerce withe WP and have been having issues adding products to cart. When I press ad to cart an endless spinning wheel appears and nothing happens. I have contacted woocommerce and my hosting company however they have deducted that it is a wordpress issue or WordPress bakery page builder issue. I have tried to disable WP bakery while troubleshooting and the add to cart function worked however it is necessary for my site. WP bakery is supposed to be compatible with Woocommerce therefore I do not understand the issue. Please help with this !!

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
