WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Packages

  I purchased the WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Packages suggested by woocommerce support so that I could create a variety of shipping options PER product on my site.

  I followed the documentation to set it up and it is not working. It has been 7 days and no one from woocommerce has gotten back to me.

  This is preventing me from launching my site and I could really use some help.

  Anyone use this plug-in??

  Here are my issues:
  I have Fed Ex as a shipping method. There are various methods to choose from:
  Example:
  Ground
  3 Day Express
  2 Day Express
  Overnight

  I have items that CANNOT ship ground, like plants as they are perishable and needed to isolate out the ground shipping.

  I created the correct shipping method for that particular item, but when you add it to the cart it does not reflect the shipping method needed.
