Woocommerce and ‘Automatic Order Printing forWoocommerce’ Complaint

    I have purchased the ‘Automatic Order Printing for Woocommerce’ and have installed the plugin onto my WordPress site. I have purchased a license for PrintNode and installed the client onto the PC to which I am directing the order printing. I have generated the API key on PrintNode.com and placed it into the specific location in ‘Auto Print Settings’. I have built an ‘Auto Print Template’. I have published the template.

    When I attempt to view the order using the ‘Preview Template’ button, the resulting page is BLANK.

    The connection between the woocommerce software and the PrintNode print server works as advertised. After an order is entered, a BLANK page is printed on the remote printer. The print job is logged on the PrintNode properly.

    I have spoken to GoDaddy web support three times and they have said they cannot help me and I need to contact Procom to resolve the BLANK page issue. I have twice sent Procom email requests for support. I have yet to receive a response.

    I purchased this as a Woocommerce compatible plugin. While I understand there may be an incorrect setting, I and GoDaddy cannot find it. All I am asking is someone from support to assist me in resolving the BLANK page issue. Everything else works fine.

    By the way, I can upload a document to the PrintNode server and request the server to send the print job to the remote printer and the PrintNode server logs ther requet and sends the print job to the remote printer without issues.

    Clearly the ‘Automatic Order Printing for Woocommerce: does not work. I am asaking for regular support. If you do not wish to assist me, please let me know so I can request a refund. That would be a shame, because this functionality is exactly what I need to resolve several issues for our customers. I simply am asking for support to fix the BLANK page issue.

    It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
