Woocommerce and Easy digital downloads
-
I am currently building a website which has woocommerce baked in, however i am planning on using easy digital downloads to distribute media as i think it functions better for my intended purpose.
The theme has a woocommerce my account section which has reasonable styling and i am quite happy to keep but i wish to have an area where users can view their easy digital downloads in the my account section of the website. As far as i understand woocommerce is now using endpoints instead of shortcodes which has given me the problem of how to incorporate this into my account? I will simply remove the woocommerce downloads section once i have put this in.
Any advice would be great!
Thanks

You cannot run woocommerce on any site that’s hosted by wordpress.COM. You can only run it on a wordpress.ORG install on paid hosting.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
