WooCommerce App Crashing during shipping purchase

Using WooCommerce app on android tablet. Fairly frequently, such as twice per week, the app will fail on the purchasing shipping stage. My credit card is charged, there is a purchase history in my WordPress.com account, but there is no shipping/tracking information in the order. So I have no way of using the purchased label, or refunding it.

This issue is likely caused by a synchronization timeout between the WooCommerce mobile app and the desktop server, where the payment is successfully captured but the label generation process fails to complete. Since the charge appears in your WordPress.com billing history but the label does not exist within the order, you should log in via a desktop browser to confirm the status and then contact help@wordpress.com with the specific Transaction IDs to request manual refunds for the failed labels. To prevent this in the future, try clearing the app cache on your Android tablet and ensuring you have a stable connection during the ‘purchasing shipping’ stage, as even a brief data flicker can interrupt the handoff between your card processor and the shipping carrier.
