WooCommerce Braintree Payments Plug-In Integration

    The WooCommerce Braintree payments plug-in apparently does not support a common corporate scenario where the merchant account to be used for integration is not the default merchant account for the Braintree account merchant ID. The documentation mentions a multi-currency plug-in for using other accounts with alternate currencies but that isn’t the use case. Is the only solution for using Braintree without the default merchant account to use the multi-currency plug-in then only set up USD? Not only is that an added, un-necessary expense but it seems like overkill. Thanks.

    You can also use the same channel for support if you have a paid WooCommerce extension on your self-hosted WordPress.org site.

    Thanks for the link. I’m aware of the difference and tried multiple times to get to the WooCommerce ticket entry but kept getting re-directed back to the general WordPress site. Appreciate the assist.

  • Ah okay, if the problem is that you can enter a ticket with WooCommerce regarding an upgrade you’ve purchased there, could you reach out here?
