woocommerce bulk variations manager wont work

  woocommerce bulk variations manager wont work because they say We noticed your server does not allow importing files to the database (The user 1018383 does not have FILE privilege on 1018383 in MySQL AND/OR local_infile is disabled). This means Bulk Variations Manager can not run its high speed algorithm of creating / managing variations. what do I do to fix this. please help!
