woocommerce calculated shipping integration

    Hi there; I am trying to finalise my woocommerce shop setup.
    All seems to be working except for shipping. Currently there is no shipping ‘method’ I have tried adding stuff but it will only give me the options of free shipping / flat rate / local pickup and I am wanting to add calculated shipping.

    We have installed our couriers’ plugin StarShipIT Services and everything seems to be set up correctly from the backend there I feel like I’m just missing a step as to why I can’t get it working!

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated : )

    Hi Suzy,

    securespot.com.au uses WordPress.org software with another host.

    We can only help with WordPress.com sites here but if you have purchased an upgrade through WooCommerce, there should be an option to open a support ticket from the dashboard in your WooCommerce account.

    If not, the WooCommerce forums will be the best place to post for advice instead:
