Woocommerce cancelling out payments from PayPal

I reached out to PayPal support as when we switched over to WooCommerce Subscriptions, it would now void and cancel out all the PayPal payments we were receiving. We submitted a ticket to Paypal support and this was there response:
‘After review, I do not show that these are refunds. I show that the transactions are authorizations that are being voided.
Specifically, the voids are being sent directly from WooCommerce as confirmed in our XML logs.
As such, please do reach out to WooCommerce directly for further inquiry in this regard as to the reason they are voiding the authorizations.’
We need help to figure out why woocommerce is not allowing PayPal anymore once we switched to subscriptions. Whereas before they did allow.
