WooCommerce: Cannot Update Facebook for WooCommerce Plugin to the Latest Version + Cannot Update Token

  Hi all,

  I noticed that on one of my sites the product catalogue is not updated and i cannot use it for remarketing ads on Facebook. I went to my WordPress site to check – when I go to the setting of the plugin Facebook for WooCommerce it shows this alert: Your API key is no longer valid. Please click ‘Settings > Advanced Options > Update Token’.

  However, when I go to setting I do not see this Update token button. I wonly see ‘Remove’ ahich will clear all my settings by now and i need to redo everything. So i decided to try to update the plugin and see if the ‘Update Toekn’ will appear but after trying to update it still keeps showing the old version 1.9.10 instead of 1.11.2. So it can’t be updated.

  The version of WordPress is 4.9.14
  The version of WooCommerce is 3.5.0

  I will be very thankful if anyone could help!

  If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

  https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

  But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
