WooCommerce can’t connect site + subscription errors

Hi,
I’ve had some issues with WooCommerce over a long period of time, but I have had problems getting help because I haven’t been able to login to WordPress.org and because of my problem I have not been able to contact WooCommerce directly either.
My problem exactly is that I am not able to connect my store to WooCommerce. When I click the button I am just directed to WordPress, and then nothing happens. However, when I go to WordPress everything seems fine, it looks like it already is “connected”, you can purchase from my store, etc., but when I click the “plugin” section inside the WooCommerce tab on WordPress, it seems like all the subscriptions I have made through WooCommerce.com are invalid or not active. However, on the WooCommerce website, they are showing up as active.
I don’t know why I can’t connect the store on desktop, because when I go to the app on my phone, it works perfectly fine.
Hopefully you will be able to help me, because this has been extremely confusing and time consuming.
