WooCommerce Coupon Box Premium plugin doens’t upload

    Hi there,

I recently installed and activated the WooCommerce Coupon Box plugin. But yesterday I upgraded it to the Premium version, so I could make a pop-up form for my Dutch AND English website. I downloaded the Premium version .zip file and uploaded it in WP. Somehow I get an error that it didn’t install. So I am not able to use my premium version. I already tried to deactivate the free version and try upload the premium one again, but no result.

I also tested the Premium Coupon Box plugin on my staging website. Here somehow it does work, even though it also gave an error when trying to upload the .zip file.
Is it only possible to upload the premium .zip file once? Or is there another way?

  • Hi there!

If you have purchased the extension in the official WooCommerce store, you would be able to open a ticket while logged into your account at:

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

If you have purchased it elsewhere, please contact the store directly.

You can also post to WooCommerce forums which can be found at:

These forums are for WordPress.com hosted websites. If you want to know the difference between the two, you can find more information in this document:
