woocommerce crashing my website every time i try to reactivate

I had everything set up on my site and woocommerce was working great! Today I tried to install Shippo which crashed my entire site and locked me out. I eventually got back in, but had to delete some plugins and noticed that my hosting when fixing this issue had turned off all the woocommerce plugins, I tried to reactivate it but it gave my site a 500 error, I deleted it and then reinstalled and same thing happens every time, how can I use woocommerce or stop this error from happening?

You must ask those Shippo plugin guys for support … but why did you install a plugin with such a low ranking and wellknown problems?

Honestly this is my first WordPress and woocommerce website, I should have been more aware and honestly, I was desperate to find a shipping plugin, I have really really been struggling to find one that works for my site and business. But I have deleted shippo now, but any time I try to reinstall woocommerce and activate it, I get the 500 error on my site, know any way to fix this please?
