WooCommerce – Dara Theme

    We are currently debating upgrading to a plan for our business that will allow us to open a WooCommerce storefront. Just wondering if the Dara theme is compatible with WooCommerce or if I would need to change the theme to accommodate the plug-in.

    Hi there,

    Dara isn’t designed as an ecommerce theme, but it is compatible with WooCommerce, so you wouldn’t need to switch if you’re happy with Dara.

    I would note, though that Dara is an older theme, and hasn’t had any updates in several years. It also predates the block editor, so doesn’t fully support all the newest features introduced in WordPress over the past few years. But if it meets your needs for now there’s no reason why you can’t continue using it. I just thought it would be good that you’re aware of this :)
