WooCommerce Digital Download Issue

I am having an Issue where costumers who buy digital products are directed to the “thank-you” page and given a Link to where they can download the products.
But the Issue comes when they click the link and are not redirected to the proper site, but rather get an error message that says: “Unable to insert download log entry in database”
I have searched around and found a solution, maybe.
1. Go to your database and find the table that includes “wc_download_log” it will most likely have a prefix.
2. Drop this table. Make sure to ONLY drop this table.
3. Go to your Plugins. Deactivate WooCommerce, and then, reactivate.
4. WooCommerce will create the appropriate references internally.
This should fix it.But my problem is that I don’t know where to find “wc_download_log”? I have searched inside FileZilla inside Wp-content –> Plugins –> WooCommerce. But I’m not able to find the file?
Anyone knows how I can find it?
And also what does “drop this table” mean exactly? Do i delete it or? -

I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news is that WooCommerce does provide support for issues like this and you can get help by asking here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
The folks in that forum are experts in WooCommerce and are in the best position to help.
