woocommerce digital download links are randomly not being displayed

    Hello,

    I am using PayPal sandbox mode for testing. I have the latest updates on WordPress, plugins, and woocommerce. The problem I am having is the woocommerce digital download links are randomly being displayed on the customer’s invoice on their computer after they pay.. They show up in the customer’s email every time, but they randomly appear on the customer’s invoice on their computer after they pay. There is no pattern of when they are displayed and when they are not displayed.
