Woocommerce Distance Rate shipping plugin problem

    Hello,

    I recently take over website made by wordpress and woocommerce. It is using distance rate shipping plugin version 1.0.14

    How do you set multiple rules like delivery order is only available in 2 miles and
    the minimum order for delivery is $20 ??
    I tried to set
    1 order total Min:20 Max:None
    2 Distance Min:0 Max:2
    but only works delivery distance rule not the minimum order (order total) rule.
    I tried to check abort or(and) break on 1st row order total line but still not working.

    Please let me know how to set multiple conditions like above (distance ‘and’ minimum order total)

    If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

    But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
