woocommerce email reset password

I have a big problem, if you lost the password you can’t change it.
1) you click lost password then you receive a form to put in the correct email address
2) put the email address and it says an email was sent to you
3) the email is in the email box but there is not any link to reset the passord. The loop finishes and you can’t go on.
I NEED YOUR HELP. Thanks a lot. -

What is the address of the site you’re trying to access? Is this about accessing the site vinitesta.it or your WooCommerce account?
Have you checked your Spam/Junk folders already?Since this site is not hosted here but on Siteground, if you lost your password or you tried resetting your password to the site and failed, you will want to read the Codex article “Resetting Your Password” to learn how to reset your password:

the problem is on woocommerce my-account, if the customer lost the password the process starts he receives the email to reset password but without any link to change the password.
