Woocommerce errors

    Hi. I have a woocommerce online shop and my stock is accurate, but when customers are trying to order, an error appears to say the item is out of stock, but it is not.
    For example, if i have 12 items of a certain product in stock and customer order 10. They can add to the card but when it comes to payment there is an error saying not enough stock.
    This is happening for all products on my website

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes
