WooCommerce eWAY Payment Gateway has expired
-
I am the owner of http://www.lovekins.com which is a WordPress site setup by an external developer.
We have a bit of an urgent dilemma in that our dashboard is currently showing the following message:
WooCommerce eWAY Payment Gateway has expired. Please enable auto-renew to be eligible for future updates and support.
When we click the ‘enable auto-renew’ link it takes us to a WooCommerce login. We do not have a WooCommerce login as the website was setup by the developer.
We have now setup a WooCommerce login, but cannot see a way of claiming the http://www.lovekins.com website and associated plugins as ours.
Is there someway we can get any of the WooCommerce related things such as this transferred from the developers account to our own WooCommerce login account so that we can manage this going forward?
At the moment, we are concerned that customers cannot pay through the eWay payment Gateway due to this expiration notice.
Kind regards

Hey there,
This is Phil from the WooCommerce support team.
The error message you are seeing just means that your subscription key for the plugin is about to expire. That subscription key controls your access to updates and support from our team.
It does not mean that your plugin will cease to function. You can continue using the plugin to process payments, even after the subscription key expires.
If you want to renew your subscription in order to get future updates and support from our team, please open up a ticket with us on WooCommerce.com. I know you mentioned you didn’t already have an account, but you can quickly open one.
Hope this helps and enjoy your week :)
