WooCommerce FedEx Shipping not working

    Hi all, I am having issues with the WooCommerce FedEx Shipping plugin. My website is unable to load the rates from FedEx api during checkout process, which is preventing the Checkout page from loading entirely and customers can’t place orders on website. A critical error pops up in place of the Checkout Page.

    I currently have the FedEx plugin deactivated on the site so customers are still able to place orders. Siteground found an error message related the BoxPacker function. WooCommerce recommended I speak with FedEx. I spoke with FedEx developer today. He checked our system and told me that it doesn’t appear to be a FedEx issue, and its more than likely a WordPress error because its a frontend issue. The develop said they’ve had some issues recently between the FedEx shipping plugin and WordPress.

    Is anyone experiencing the same issue with the WooCommerce FedEx Shipping plugin?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Could you please update your FedEx Shipping Method extension to the latest version (4.1.1) and see if that resolves the issue?

    There was a known bug in the previous version, and it seems it may have affected your website as well.

    Hi,

    I updated the extension to the new version 4.1.1. However, the Critical Error Message continues to show on Checkout page after clearing cache. I had to disable the FedEx plugin again because customers could not access or place orders on our checkout page.

    I’ve sent error logs to the Happiness Engineers who reached out to me and am still waiting on hearing back. This has been going on for a number of weeks without a solution. For years, we have had 0 issues with this plugin so hopefully we can get it figured out.
