Woocommerce FREE SHIPPING CODE not working

  Hello!

  We’re getting ready for a long weekend special but our FREE SHIPPING coupon is not working, we currently have USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping plugins, the coupon works because we can see the message that the coupon was applied but the shipping charges are still there, we want to buil a free ground shipping promotion for the 4th of July but we’re not sure what we’re missing or doing wrong.
