Woocommerce from and to on same domain

Hello everyone,
I’ve run into an issue with my woo-commerce, my from and to email address is under the same domain for example (email visible only to moderators and staff) sendng emails to (email visible only to moderators and staff) when a customer buys online. Customers are reciving the emails from (email visible only to moderators and staff) but i’m not. If i change my email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) it works straight away.
Can someone please shine some light for me please, i know this is possible.
the domain name is registered under office365.

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
